Scioto County couple arrested in connection to missing baby believed to be dead



OTWAY, Ohio — A Scioto County couple was arrested in connection to a lacking 6-month-previous toddler who is now believed to be lifeless, in line with authorities.

The toddler, Dylan Groves, was first in the custody of Scioto County Youngsters Providers after he was born with medicine in his system. The boy went back to his organic father after he completed all the necessities for household unification.

In response to the Scioto County Sheriff’s Office, the daddy had first complied with the requirements but began missing courtroom appearances, house visits and doctor visits.
