HILLSBORO, Ore. — An eight-week-previous kitten is recovering after he was discovered trapped in a garbage can, encased in spray foam.
In line with the Washington County Sheriff’s Office, the discovery was made on Might three.
A rubbish collector was utilizing the hydraulic arm on the truck to empty out the garbage can and observed something was stuck, so he went to look and saw the kitten hanging the wrong way up.
