Tropical Storm Harvey to make landfall next in Sabine Pass tonight


HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) —

A small glimmer of hope as Tropical Storm Harvey pushes east: sunshine peeked via the clouds in some neighborhoods west of Houston late Tuesday afternoon.
